When we started Aleph in the summer of 2013, we fretted a lot about the global talent shortage and, specifically, the talent shortage in Israel. The ongoing challenge of finding engineers, data scientists and product leaders to meet our mission of building global-scale companies and brands out of Israel was daunting. Moreover, we focused a lot of attention on another challenge facing Israeli entrepreneurs: messaging and marketing.
